I create wellness experiences that inspire, transform, and transcend. I'm a certified yoga teacher and holistic coach with nearly 10,000 hours of teaching time since 2008. I run my own wellness business called Alicia Rae Yoga & Wellness and I'm the FIRST certified Rewire Yoga Program coach at Happiness Squad. I utilize the ancient healing practice of yoga to coach, teach, and inspire personal and professional development and life fulfillment. Off the mat, I spend my days supporting Aveda salons & spas to grow their business as an Aveda Salon Development Partner.

As a practicing yoga teacher, I lead intending to be of service to my students by being authentic with myself. Yoga is the practice of YOU, from the individual to the collective - we're all showing up for something bigger than our physical sense of self: community, connection, fulfillment, purpose... most of all... happiness.

When I learned to rewire myself from fear to happiness, I not only experienced a transformation in my own life but also in my teachings as a yoga teacher. 

Between Sun A Salutations, I enjoy cooking (and watching the Great British Bake Off), hiking, being in nature, quality chill time, and going to the spa for facials, massage, acupuncture, fire cupping, cold plunge and hot saunas - all the treatments!

I’m currently studying Animal Flow and Sound Healing Techniques to incorporate into my sequencing.
